Lunch basket – quinoa, barley , tofu , tempeh , avocado , beans , shrimp , cheese , chickpea , clover , roasted vegetable , zucchini noodles.

        Reduce Animal products 

    supplement your meal with little amount of animal products. I would rather you rear them yourself if possible. For example, dairy, goat, cow, pig etc
